Return & Refund Policy

At BRAVV, we take pride in the quality of our products. As such, all sales are considered final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Preference in color, fit, or style

  • Orders placed by mistake

We encourage customers to review product details and sizing information carefully before completing a purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Returns, replacements, or refunds may only be considered if:

  • The item received is defective;

  • The item is damaged upon delivery; or

  • The wrong item was sent.

To request assistance, customers must contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the order and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or error

Upon review and approval, BRAVV may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion.

Non-Eligible Claims

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to improper use are not eligible for replacement or refund.
